It seems that the specializations only benefit the player. Battlefield has team benefits. This promotes teamwork and cooperation. Maybe the would have to implement a squad system (not to similar to BF) so that everybody doesn’t have every specialization. Halo is a team based game so they need abilities that benefit everyone.
Ex: Teammates within 20m get increased shielding.
While Im not keen on the idea of specializations, I mainly don’t know how they work, but team work ones would be good.

I edited the post with an example.
I personally agree with this idea cuz spartans ALWAYS fight in teams (except master chief)
it would also promote people to play with friends rather than random players BUT they also have to take in consideration how it would work within campaign unless it is a multiplayer on abilities. but it would be an amazing idea for halo 5 and 6 if 343i ever sees it and takes it seriously what so ever but in other words -Yoinking!- GREAT IDEA!!! but no medics or ammo boxs etc.

My threads don’t get mass appeal so this idea will fade away.
I am not sure I’d want them…that being said there is still a lot left up 343’s sleeve…this may be one of them…Again not advocating for it just sayin…
I think this would be a good evolution of specializations for Halo 5. Right now, with as much change as there’s been, keeping specializations on the individual level is probably what’s best.
