Why no Jul M'Dama prologue on my Halo 4?

Google has failed to tell me this. Why does my Halo 4 prologue have no Jul in it? It’s all Dr. Halsey. I have the Halo MCC on Xbox One. Did 343 replace the prologue for the MCC release?
