¿Why my Spartan don't updates?

On my Stats always appear a Red Spartan with the Recruit Armor, but i
have Dead Eye and other stuff equipped on my “real” purple-color Spartan, i play and i check the Stats again and again with the hope to see the changes, but the Spartan always look equal… a Red guy with Recruit Armor… ¿is an error of 343?, ¿is God against me?, ¿why the appeareance of the Spartan don’t changes? -.-

It’s happening to many people, including me. I don’t know why it doesn’t update.

Go to Spartan Hub, go to Network, Connect to Xbox Live.

Then update your armor again.

Then connect to Halo Waypoint using your Xbox.

Then come back here. It worked for me.

Then hit up, down, up, down, a,b,a,b. It shouldn’t take this much to get a game armor to update. Hopefully the TU will take care of this trivial stuff too.

I’m sorry, I don’t remember saying that it was ok for this issue to exist.

Or maybe I said it was a good thing that it takes all that! Yeah!

I was obviously trying to help the OP get an immediate solution, not say what 343 should do about it.

343 is thoroughly investigating this problem. If you go to the Halo Waypoint section, you will see what I mean.
