Why micro transactions

So I just booted up my halo wars 2 for the first time in a month… seeing an ad for a new character and units. Cool you showed it to me once… why in the world do I have to repeatedly see the same ad everytime I restarted my game? The trying to constantly sell things to people and force them to look at your ads, without the option to skip it after we see it once and are not interested in buying it… seriously annoying your player base, by pushing this extra crap on us, is alienating a lot of your customer base. And driving us away… so please in the future, consider your customers… if I wanted to see those spammy ads, I would go play some free to play games like candy crush…

It shows it even to those of us with the season pass who already have it. Very annoying.

Sorry to say that it bugs you that much. It’s just how it is with new games. H5 always had these ads things.

These spammy ads which takes maybe 2 seconds to ignore them. It’s a business they want to make money for their product, work.

Thanks for the unconstructive spammy forum post

Having to press the A button at startup is causing you and others to leave the game?

It’s a annoying yes especially for the people who have the dlc but it takes one second to skip it

Cause they had to have them! Case closed!
I’m just glad they’re not tied to the game’s central progression (I know they technically are, but what I mean is, DEFINITELY not what Halo 5 did, where you had to unlock an archive of cosmetics through a random number generator.)
Trust me, its better this way, I’d rather not have them, considering they make Blitz, and very positive idea, and gave it absolutely no chance of being competitive (even though they did it anyway?).
