If you take into account that you’re really only losing five dollars, or 400 microsoft points,it is not that big of a deal. And the reality of it is that you’re not losing anything. You’re simply not getting as good of a deal as some did. Those that got this pack for free now have to cough up 1600 for the remaining two packs while you spent 2000 for the three together. Bottom line, 400 points, or five dollars.

but that $5 pays for your nice LE goodies, such as a steelcase ant the other bits. STOP -Yoinking!- COMPLAINING
I think the fact of the matter is that the integrity of Microsoft’s system has caused a major blunder here.
I got the Limited Edition, and yes, I’m somewhat disappointed. Someone messed up and it caused my LE bonus to be negated because people were able to take advantage of the system.
Do I want those who got the map pack for free banned? No, it’s not really their fault.
However, I think Microsoft should compensate somehow because the integrity of the LE is being ruined from what I can see here.
Map Pass owner here. Personally don’t see what the big problem is. I’m happy to have the maps, and I’m also enjoying so many people playing the maps whether they paid for it or not. I feel for those who accidentally paid for it twice and 343’s lost sales. They are the ones who should be grumpy right now.
$5 is $5 and some people take that serious. Personally I’m not mad about it.

They have never attempted to connect with us yet.
we never knew if they knew about the boltshot glitch, the nade glitch. They are so disconnected with their community it is unreal
It’s not just about money. It’s morally wrong to cheat people of of any amount of money without compensation.
I’m an LE and a Map Pass owner. Not worried about it. Microsoft had a glitch on the marketplace that people weren’t expecting.
its not about the money for most its about the service promised, and the general idea that thus said service was not supplied in the way promised buy the industry! so your saying pretty much you’d let a company -Yoink- on you for 5 dollars! 400ms or 2000 ms im getting my refund one way or another.
Just because it has a dollar value of $5 doesn’t mean you can just automatically attribute that to the price paid by every LE buyer. The sole reason I bought LE was because I knew I was going to buy the season pass anyways, so I figured I might as well get the other things that came with, and to be honest I was a bit disappointed with the other stuff that was in the box. So I basically paid that extra $40 solely for these 3 map packs.
The fact that I wasn’t too impressed with the other things in LE didn’t really bother me, but now a full 1/3 of the reason I got the LE is being given to others for free, and it doesn’t look like anyone cares that a dedicated fan like myself is losing value in something he paid $100 for.
