Why isn't waypoint loading for me?

The only part of Halo Waypoint that loads for me are the forums, whenever I try to go to another part of the site the page loads for a whole minute on a white screen then I get this message:

I am using multiple computers and am still experiencing the same problem and it has been happening for over a week now.

It probably is that cause it happens especially around the times that bs angel is uploading a bulletin or new content is being added etc.

does anyone have a working link for the fresh bulletin that they had flashed before?
