You might like to know there is a single off-topic thread for discussing things not related to Halo, but it has been temporarily locked for about a week now. It’ll be unlocked sometime in the future.
Seeing as how it is much easier to post boost in the Off-Topic thread, I think they should counter people’s post boosting methods by making it so that posts in the Off-Topic thread will not count towards your post # pool. I have seen this been done before on another forum site for the entire Off-Topic forum section.
As for spam, moderators can warn off the people who do spam the thread, and there will always be those people who like to report anything they see wrong.
There was actually a thread like this not too long ago. It was however locked.
I actually liked to post longer posts to have more content and be less Spammy. I like having a place for members to come and discuss, to know people better and such, then maybe play with them.

I really wish this would happen where post wouldn’t count towards your total.
