Why isn't my Warzone Req bundle giving me 14packs?

I recently made the purchase for the 14 premium req packs for 25$, but I have not got a single pack yet. Why is this happening?

You will 2 get packs every week, you don’t get them all at once.

Its a weekly req pack you two a week but its on a certain day so when that day arrives you will get two req packs on that day for the next seven weeks

Do they come two at a time?

Yeah 2 at a Time. 3 permanent unlocks in each pack
