Why isn't my mk. VI not unlocked?

I’ve gotten both needed achievements “Cairo station” and I’ve gotten “the journey begins” achievement but neither mark VI gen1 or mark VI gen1 (scarred) have been given to me. Any help would be very appreciated. Thank you. Edit:not sure how to delete this post but I got the armor through a gold pack so thanks

You can get everything from gold packs. Nothing is earned anymore.

Achillie s has to be earned through your Spartan Company as well as a few other helmets like the Timmy Helmet.
