Over the past few Warzone firefight matches, I have noticed that some matches are extremely hard. For example. On the map Urban in one match I faced 4 banshee raiders that are extremely OP and hard to kill.
I agree, Warzone Firefight is extremely hard. Some things that I feel make it almost impossible to win.
- Too many A.I. spawn when a boss spawns - The A.I. is extremely accurate - The A.I. are way too powerful - The bosses are bullet sponges - REQ energy doesn’t fill up fast enoughIf 343 can do patches that fix those things, I’m sure Warzone Firefight would be an easier and more fun experience.
Why do the respawn times have to be so long?
I really don’t want to complain but yeah some of the rounds the game asks you to complete are ridiculous. Kill three wardens in the back of the home base where you more or less can’t use vehicles and must seriously risk a thirty second respawn trying to fight them and a bunch of other enemies in cqb? Kill two wardens while they are hiding behind rocks and there are at least a dozen knights wielding incineration cannons surrounding them? Kill a grunt mech with those same knights around him and then kill two more bosses after it? Yeah…
The main problem for me is the time limit and respawn delays, the former being the bigger issue for me. Warzone firefight would be some much better for me if they gave even just a few extra minutes to complete the round.
It really does need rebalancing. Like when you have to fight three promethean mantises that have shields, and can regenerate health. Yeah seems fair.
It is incredibly difficult, but if everyone on your team contributes their vehicles its not so bad.

Because 343i keeps listening to the MLG wannabes and giving casual players the middle finger.

It gets easier the more you play because you figure it out. If you get an easy round, don’t rush it. Shoot everything in sight to build your req level quicker. Then when those banshee raiders come out you can hit them with the spartan laser. Plasma caster at level 3 is very effective on anything because it homes in if you charge it and shoot when the reticle is red. The big bosses in the bases are tough though for sure.

I’ve beat that One once, but the team I was on was organized. The last one came down to everyone not focusing fire and using smaller weapons. I had ghost to help keep shields down and take down health, but no one focused on one and moved to the next.
Get gud scrub.
Firefight is totally easy.
Just kidding. I’ve just learned to accept there are certain missions I’m probably not going to finish, so I just try to do as well as I can and wait for the next match. Some of my friends have already quit playing because they can’t beat every mission every time they play a game, and that just seems kind of stupid to me. It should be a challenge, otherwise, what’s the point?
The completion rate for FF matches is pretty bad, some are really easy and then the next eight matches you get slaugthered between Round 2 and 4 although Urban does seem to be the worst offender when it comes to losses, that being said if you can win a match using only one req (Wasp) while the rest run around dying one might presume the balance is non-existent.
