SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME, IT LITERALLY RUINS THE GAME

EDIT: I think the thruster pack may have been okay if the Flood couldn’t use their claw while in the third-person view. Being able to accelerate to the speed of light and still use your claw just seems over the top.

I’m going to assume that since reach had the barrel roll. 343 thought they’d give the flood a similar advantage. Thus the thruster pack.

With respect, you get mauled by a Flood player who utilized the Thruster Pack and the low gravity to his advantage, which kinda balances everything out, and that needs to be taken out?

Sorry dude, but this ain’t going to work. It’s fine. You can easily counter a Flood using Thruster Pack expertly by using Hardlight. Do it all the time, and they get stomped on.

i do play flood and with out the thrusters you just get owned by the shotgun. the thrusters give u a better chance to kill them

Yeah, except Reach’s Evade didn’t sent the infected flying across the map at 70mph

Using evade on a small rock bolted you to the other side of the map. They both have their flaws.

I never used that glitch in Reach nor did I ever see it happen in all the games of infected I played. But Flood on the other hand is filled with kids flying across the map every game I play.

It doesn’t give you a better chance at a kill, it guarantees you a kill if you know how to use it properly and your target isn’t in a building. Even when they’re in a building it’s almost guaranteed

Hardlight shield? I tried that and you know what? It’s useless if there is another Flood coming at you. So I’m going to have to challenge that statement about you stomping on people with the HLS.

Easy solution to this! simply take out the halo 4 disc. return it to its case. pull out the halo reach case. insert the halo reach disc. and finally play flood without thrusters

Which is completely thrown out the window when the default class for the Flood has a thruster pack that pretty much teleports you to your target.
