Message to all the 5 year old complainers. Every time I get on I see at least 1 post about some stupid little thing that is seen somewhere or that is just a rumor. “Rants” [actually 2 fairly new ones right now], clones, weapons [BR one now], etc. Why!!! Really guys, c’mon, the game’s day view is 9 months away. The game is going to be what it is going to be. I understand the people who post about what they would like in the game, you all are awesome. But really, 9 months. Why doesn’t everyone just act like nothing is happening and just play 3, reach, or 2 vista and forget about it until the time comes. And they are a new company, “don’t judge a book by its cover”~ and don’t act like you haven’t said it

There are the people who are complaining for the sake of complaining and there are there people who are complaining because they want to see something added or removed from the game. I don’t mind the latter since they just want their voice heard by 343.

they said that its only a little thing that they showed, and cannot wait to reveal more… yet, like you said the game release is about 9 months away, they can still change/fix things as the game release date is coming.

If your pet looks sick (how Halo is “sick” from Reach), you’re going to take him to the vet (ie express concerns to 343), right? You’re not just going to sit there and hope he turns out okay, even if that means spending a couple hundred $ to find out that he is fine. And you’re not going to wait until he is practically dead before doing anything (ie complaining a week before release). That’s what we’re doing, we’re being overly cautious because we care about Halo and our enjoyment of it, and trying to make sure that the game is good out of the box by expressing our concerns while there is still time to change things.

were complaining because were worried. Your in a forum for a game that has a huge follow base and some scary footage of sprint being used in our beloved game. After reach devistated the halo community its only natural to be scared for halo 4.

Good analogy but it needs to move out of the nest and spread it’s wing. Think of 343 as the momma bird, Wouldn’t you want it to be able to fly and teach it all the things taht you think it should know. Well that’s what 343is doing.they want it to sink or swim. Maybe it will survive maybe it won’t who knows.

Halo can evolve without destroying gameplay, Bungie just couldn’t figure out how to do it. I have some faith that 343 can, but I am still skeptical and want to make sure that if they can’t innovate without ruining the game, that they give us a couple classic playlists to enjoy.
Maybe people complain because the love Halo and miss Halo.
The people who aren’t complaining may simply not care about Halo.
