Really 3 challenges whats up with this…343 explain yourself
Just a small mistake, not the first time it has happened.
It will get fixed later on in the day.
I wonder if they are able to give us more than 4 daily challenges and 1 weekly.

It is possible, once 343i took over, they accidentally didn’t remove the previous weeks weekly and added it as a daily challenge, so you had five daily challenges and a weekly challenge.
When you looked at the challenges in-game, if you didn’t hit A and just looked at the challenges on the pause menu, you would only see the normal four daily challenges and one weekly, but if you press A and look at a list of them, you would see five dailys and one weekly.
I thought it was strange too. Hopefully, it was just a mistake… that would be really annoying with our weekly challenge. -_-

I honestly hope the Weekly gets changed, we had this the week before last

Yeah, but I doubt they would change it. 
I’ve seen a weekly say it was for a month. I don’t know why they don’t give us a monthly challenge and some more daily challenges. It would make the game more fun cause we would have more goals. Not to mention ranking up would be a little easier.

This is news to me, there has never been a monthly challenge, intentionally or accidentally.

The challenges change automatically from a pool of pre-made challenges.
It was a weekly challenge but the time said something along the lines of 27d 18h 34m. Roughly that.

It was actually two weeklies at once. The stats API returned it as a weekly, anyway.
That would be a cool change of pace to have a monthly challenge. It would be interesting. ^^

When it comes a Monthly challenge I don’t know if I’ve seen any such thing. They at least don’t Advertise it any where. But I imagine that if they would have had one, it would have already come up, and also I imagine it would be such a tedious task that it would take 4X the amount of of work that a Weekly which is Supposed to take 7X the amount of work of any Daily.
Then again…Have seen some pretty crazy stuff.
Lol could you even Imagine a YEARLY! A challenge that’s about 52X The amount of work! O.O
Well it was a glitch. It was a weekly challenge. It just had the time limit of a month.

If you saw it on the website, that’s just a bug on the site, it wasn’t a in-game bug, although Monthly challenges would have been interesting.
