i saw that target was giving the pulse armor skin as a DLC and i wanted it so i pre-ordered the game there because the pulse skin looked snazi and when i went to go get the game they gave me a $5 gift card insted and not the armor skin and didnt even say sorry or explain why they gabe the card. and i was told that i was to get the armor skin and did not reciev it.why?
