Why does such a large company that produces AAA titles have no support staff? I want to know about the issues that you have had in Halo since 343 took over that have been completely unaddressed. How could a company take over a franchise known for player support and then completely ignore issues that have been present since launch?
This support forum is all we have. It’s what 343i went with and they don’t say why. We have to deal with it.
