All of the servers are so broken. Why is there no official comment from 343. Communication is key… We are all here pissed off that we cant play and i dont see anything from 343. At least give us an update and estimated repair time. Are you afraid to admitt your servers are broken? (checked website, twitter and forums)
I would personally expect an update within a half hour of a serious problem but now it has been hours with nothing.
Here is a customer service tip for you 343. When there is a problem announce it right away and tell us your working on it. This should be communicated on all channels. Twitter, forums and website. (other if possible) After the initial post you should update it every half hour. If that is to much than at least each hour.
If you need someone to run this sort of program for you I would gladly accept the position (salary expected).
