Why is there no pistol variants yet?

I think it would be fun and interesting to add more weapon variants in general, but mostly, pistol variants! there are absolutely none in the game so far, but don’t you think it would be cool to have some other kind of optic instead of the projection, as well as stabilizers or a suppressor or even a small energy bayonet! i love the pistol but there’s almost no reason to use it after reaching req level 3, Please bring some variations to give you a reason to still use it. What are your thoughts?

The Halo CE pistol is being added sometime in December I believe and it will be a mythic?

Yeah i know that but i would like the kind of attatchments you get on other weapons to be available for the pistol.

It has been confirmed, you should watch “The Sprint” on the Halo channel, it’s an interesting series about the development of Halo 5

Ah gotcha. I thought you were talking about a loadout variant

The CE pistol is being added and the Whispered truth is already in the game.

That is a different pistol all together, based off Buck’s pistol in a cutscene. But overall, that is a req single use Item. Not a loadout pistol. That is what I think op is asking

A silenced loadout pistol would indeed be wicked
