I miss any vehicles that get cut as I love using them in BTB. Banshee’s vs Hornets/Falcons were the best.

what map would aircraft work on? Ragnarok? Shatter? The Mantis would destroy it in seconds. What about Vortex? You’re shifting the player view upwards now when most of the action is centered downhill or into buildings.
Oh how about Exile? Not enough room for a falcon to maneuver since it’s relatively bigger than a banshee. Plus with a gauss hog and tank it would be destroyed.
Until the maps get bigger, UNSC aircraft won’t work.
Bringing back the Hornet would be awesome. Granted, we need a map where 3 flying rocket launchers don’t cause a huge imbalance. I still want my hovering death platforms back, though.

That is why you have game types with the mantis. And gametypes with aircraft.
You aren’t required to have both.
Plus no other aircraft ruins people forging which may not have the mantis at all.

I’m quite unhappy on them removing air vehicle warfare from the game. Especially that they included the Banshee, though they’re no elites playing in MM.
343 introducted the Mantis. At the cost of removing the UNSC air vehicle… I’m also one of the favour of a hovering death machine, than to n OP walking machine.
Day dreams about the entire Halo population manning guns on Halo 5’s only UNSC Air Vehicle:INFINITY…lol

I wouldn’t say majority, but I agree a lot of people want smaller maps. They should mix both big and small maps into the new DLC’s as I enjoy both at times myself.
