Why is there instant double kills or deaths?

Has anyone (killed/or been killed by) an enemy and see their name appear twice instantly in the kill feed?

It first happend to me when I once got killed by a grenade.

Second time was in Warzone assault, I got killed during an assassination but the guy that I assassinated appeared in the feed twice instantly and the feed said I assassinated him twice.

Yup, happens every other game for me. Just a small lag issue.

Well if you fire first it is entirely possible.

i anticipated the guy pushing and he still got me with a pistol. maybe its the slight delay of online play.

Must be a glitch, I’m guessing. Maybe lag.
