Why is the frame rate so damn choppy?

Why is the frame rate for this game so damn choppy? I play on Xbox One S and I don’t remember it being this choppy on the 360. I was playing COD Black Ops and it was in 60FPS so I was just wondering why. It really gets annoying especially on split screen.

Was it for Campaign or MP? Because Campaign was having bad frame rates until there was fix.

Both. I have even downloaded the latest update. The game is playable but it’s still irritating. It could just all be in my head since I’m so used to 60FPS but the framerate just seems so bad.

Maybe its just you, or you might just need to delete it and redownload the game.

Yeah, I’ll definitely try that. Could it be that I don’t play digital?
