Every day i see complaints about this game, whether it’s because of disconnections, farming, glitches etc. And never have i ever seen any of the 343 staff comment in any post whatsoever, they don’t care about our issues, they could regularly read some posts to acknoledge and at the very least give us an update on how the issue is being resolved, but no, they are too afraid to get criticism and to get their mistakes pointed out at them directly, how is it possible that they interact more with fans on reddit than they do on their OFFICIAL WEBSITE? I guess i’ll never know cause they seem to be nonexistant in here

I’d advise everyone to avoid this forum too. cesspool of whiners and complainers, nothing of intellect here.
I have seen 343 respond several times here, but who could blame them for not responding more. If they respond to one complaint, they would have to respond to them all. They have other things to do than read this forum all day.

There are community managers within their staff, shouldn’t their job be, i don’t know, interact with the comunnity? Maybe not respond to every single person, but at least make a thread regarding the most frecuent issues

Just because they don’t respond doesn’t mean that they don’t look at the forums. They stay in the shadows… lurking…

They respond way more on reddit and neogaf, the least they could do is do the same here

This is basically what they do, especially with threads of certain contentions.
There are community managers among others at 343 that probably come here though. But I guess being a fly on the wall (read: lurker) is more effective.

Probably because those sites have more discussions than complaints. At least from what I’ve heard… On here, if they responded, they would immediately get attacked. And no, they’re not afraid of criticism, they don’t wan’t useless arguments. Such as, people want split-screen to be added into Halo 5. That is impossible. But, I bet it is at least in consideration for Halo 6.
I have seen many 343 responses in the support forum. They can’t respond to everything, but I agree communication could be better, specifically for trending/common issues.

I agree with the Op. I feel they don’t post on here enough… Ive seen several issues being ignored. They know what real issues could be addressed but instead I see dead silence… Im not here to bash them but honestly there are some legit issues that I think they should spare sometime too… And if they are that busy to where they cant answer some of these then do what most people do hire some help… Im sure 343 has tuff skin so they can handle some of the harsher things… Remember even Bambi has enemies…lol.
They just dont have that kind of relationship with us and sadly, after being on the forum for a couple of years, I cant blame them.

It’d be a hoot to see 343 respond to posts centering on the former, though. Especially since most of those threads hardly contain any applicable reasoning.

Or instead of responding to “Bash 343i for no particular reason” threads they could at least administer the fact that I have made 5 separate threads on the MCC section about my game being broke beyond repair, and maybe…I don’t know… at least pop in and say “sorry to hear about your issues” or “Have you tried X?”
It’s not that they don’t respond to hateful threads, they just completely avoid posting on Waypoint
