Yeah so as the title says. Sometimes it seems so easy to 4 shot someone with the BR, but other times, it feels as if shooting is doing absolutely nothing, especially in a 1v1 situation where you have to scope. Does this just happen because its a 3 burst weapon? I personally have stopped picking up the BR because I tend to miss a lot of shots in really awkward ways :P. your thoughts?

I think because scoping the BR has less aim assist. I never scope my BR even from a distance as I miss most of my shots as opposed to close range unscoped. Only time I do it is to put the enemy off, knowing I won’t get a kill.
I could be wrong about the aim assist but thats what it feels like and I’m a BR or nothing kinda guy.
I feel exactly the same sometimes you’re getting headshot galore and other times you’re getting nothing
Some people are just naturally bad with the BR…
Well the game does have a broken aim system so there’s that helping out with the issue.
God I hate the BR. I so wanna trade it in BTB for a Magnum.
I tend to use sentinel br in WZ and FF. It really works well for those game modes.
Seems fine to me. Idk
If the battle rifle in Halo 5 was an actual 3 round burst then you could kill more than one grunt with one burst, just like in Halo 2 and 3.
Not sure, I’ve heard that people say that some weapons sometimes don’t do anything. As in they feel like they are putting shots into them but they are not taking damage.
