I mean I’m not complaining or part of the side of the community that wants Achilles armor set because its just another armor I’m not wearing but recruiting is really hard to do on here with people spaming other companies members to join them, recruiting on other peoples recruiting form post
I mean I have seen alot of issues but anyway. What are your guys and gals issues with recruiting
I tried for about 2 weeks to get members to join my company. No one would but I kept getting offers to join others. Finally I gave up joined a company with about 40 or 50 members. I went back on the forums recruiting for my new company and in 3 days we were up to 100 members. I understand your frustration with it.

no frustration here I can’t recruit members here so what I still got my friends 
New Companies, and like every other game that follows the Clan system, will always have rough days to begin with. 0 members for the first couple weeks and so on. Best thing to do would start a Company with friends you know so you are “official” and go from there.

Way ahead of u like 13 years 
Small companies and new ones especially are having a hard time because nobody wants to take forever getting to Achilles. The bigger you are the faster you’ll grow. If someone’s looking to get the armor and they see a company that’s not even active yet, then they look at one with 50 players, they’re going to go with the 50. The other factor is your company’s progress in the commendations. People are impatient and wanted in on companies close to unlocking it already. I started mine with just my friends months ago and only started to recruit once the armor was announced. We went from 5 to 50 members in the last 2 weeks or so. For the the 5 of us, we put in a TON of time playing and had progressed our best few commendations to at least 50% of the first level which helped us with our earliest recruits, now things are moving much quicker and it’s easier to get players to join us.
I hear ya on this, My company has been around since halo 2, and although we are all old now and theres like 6 original members left, we have 8 commendations leveled up already. So i come on here, offering a chance for really anyone to join because we aren’t really competitive any longer ( theres a few of us still getting it in, but not all) and the people that joined me wound up leaving. They were bums anyway, just tagged on and never played with us. Theres a few new guys that are playing night;ly with the team and thats a good time. I’m selling my company for what it is today: nightly active adult casual.
im not hijacking your post though, if you want to check us out, follow my name to the company. the only reason i started recruiting again was because this armor. not because we really wanted it, but because it started such a Company member increase that you run into teams that you can’t beat with randoms. We did take down a whole squad in warzone with just 6 of us online a few nights ago… destroyed their core and all. Man, that was a good feeling…

you guys are legends
The company I’m in now always seems to have someone online. It’s nice to have a friendly to go into battle with. We are moving up a few percent everyday in the kill commendations and having fun together while doing it.
