Funny i left a game ealier and it didn’t ban me at all.
it wouldn’t be so bad it the ultimate one (I think) wasn’t WIN 5 matches…
i only 2, but i needed 6 matches just to win 1 for the same reason: i always (except for the last game) get the biggest noobs as teammates. I even got one who literaly couldnt kill someone (he went 0-11)… Dude was a bronze-1 and all my other teammates were silvers (i am silver-3, since i can’t seem to rank up this way, even though i almost always easely get positive, even when my team loses big time), while the other team where all unranked, so they could be much higher in rank when they get one… Why are unranked players even playing as a whole team among the lower ranked?
That is why i absolutely hate the ‘win’ challenges, since you can play as good as you want, you are completely dependent on your teammates.
And then the most annoying one is still to come for me, locked is still the ‘win 1 ranked CTF match’ challenge…

yeah and now i’m banned because of that exact thing…
i’m not banned, since i finished all the matches. I am completely burned out because of that BS matchmaking system and am not playing anymore tonight.
Honestly the rewards are not worth it if it was a set of armor I might actually consider doing more of it ,but i’m only doing it for the EXP so yeah… once the weekly is done i’ll probably just take a break from the game till the next refresh of the rewards.
So a huge portion of the player base should be miserable grinding for weekly rewards? Jesus Christ guy, you’re about as bright as the studio heads at 343

really nothing wrong with having to play like 4 ranked matches a week. if you really dislike it that much then use a swap or just accept you’re going to progress a little slower if you completely ignore the game’s competitive mode.
That’s the thing YOU CAN"T SWAP IT it will always be a do this in ranked… and the ultimate challenge that EVERYONE has and you cannot swap is 5 wins in ranked. But if you had read previous post on this you would have known that, but your too snobbish to read common peasent level social playlist player’s post…

Nope the roaster from a over was not. Just did it cus it was something to do, but in the end it was a lame reward. Granted 343 addressed tat they also agree they are lame and are going to work on changing that. Had it been like a cool helmet or armor than yea perhaps but a backdrop not really

You don’t have to grind for anything. You made yourself do that. That’s not bright.
So I didn’t have to grind ranked to progress through the ultimate challenge.
I hope to hell there are no more weeks where 343i ever try to shoehorn forced play in Ranked playlists into the awful Challenge system ever again; I couldn’t care less what the HCS tryhards are doing, and there is absolutely no reason whatsoever whatever they’re doing should impact the rest of the player population in any way.
Ranked defaults suck, no radar sucks, and we should start with the Sidekick for a backup weapon in both Ranked & Tactical Slayer.

If challenges can be completed in ranked, this is perfectly ok.
Casual challenges should 110% not revolve around the mode that 343 is banking on being the quintessential competitive gameplay experience.

Without much testing or proof, hit detection is most likely a side effect of the latency.
Fix latency, hit detection issues dissipate.
Which also means that on local connections the hit detection is most likely kit an issue.
You don’t have to do anything. You simply need to reflect on why you want that challenge reward so bad. I’ve yet to see a single weekly reward worth the effort they ask for.
I haven’t played rank and I don’t ever plan to I’m not interested in dealing with a bunch of people who take it way too seriously if I want to play multiplayer I’m just going to end up going back to the MCC

Honestly I tried extremely hard to ensure I stayed in Bronze or Gold, basically went AFK a few times, just messed around explored the Mtiplayer map… This way when I have to do these challenges I’m in easier lobbies. But after the wind I got into Platinum so hopefully no more shoehorning ranked into the challenge system.
If so guess I’ll have to throw a few matches and go negative to get back down to gold 1
…Or you could just shoot the other guy’s? You might kills accidentally. I don’t like the ranked settings myself but if I’m dragged into a ranked game by my buds I’m throwing down regardless.
