My profile is no where to be found my xbox and xbl tells me they can’t download profiles. This saddens me as I can not play Halo Reach ):

I would suggest giving Xbox Live support a call.

I have never had this problem. try to recover it and if that doesnt work you should do what toa said contact support

Is your hard drive missing/not placed in the correct position?

Be sure to check that out!

Did you get a new HDD and transfer your information?

I would see if something is wrong with your Hard drive. If not I would could Xbox Support.
