I don’t mean my GamerTag, I mean the Tag literally under it while playing Reach. It was DAVE and now I’m being told that isn’t allowed D:

maybe something to do with your GT.
For example, let’s say “Yoink” is a bad word mmk?
if your GT is “Yoi” and your Service Tag is “nk”… “Yoi” + “nk” = “Yoink”.
Therefore, it is censored.
That’s how it usually is. Maybe for yours, it’s like “Spear head Dave!!!” idk lolz
I honestly have no clue, I’ve seen people with that tag. I dont know what to say, try some different things then try Dave again. Are you using weird things like D@v3 or something?
Try Spear, it’s easier for people to remember you since it’s related to your GT…

Wow…that’s…stupid. Microsoft really need to stop being so bloody idiotic with their programming.
I suppose I’ll have to settle with DAV3 for now.

I think it was a mistake, the other week, the whole censor was down and you could have anything in your Motto, Service Tag and all sorts, seems like that didn’t fix it fully and it’s now adding random words to the censor.
I’m getting the impression that the people feeding words into the filter are now playing “let’s pick a random word from a dictionary and add it”.

QFT, callsigns are supposed to make it easier to identify people quickly on the battle field. I love when my teammates all have callsigns that correspond to their gamertags, because I don’t have to memorize anything (Okay, Random #1 is Dave… and Random #2 is Phil. Or wait, is it the other way around?)

I don’t like when that happens. For some reason if i make a certain description it says Blam. Even if ain’t rude. Some Words and tags are weird
