My gamertag is “Kain”
I have always used the service tag “KAIN”
Now suddenly Halo 5 says it’s not allowed… Why?
If my gamertag is Kain, which is allowed. Why is the service tag of the same exact word, KAIN, not?
It’s not just KAIN… Any variation of it as well.

When halo 4 came out they banned the name Cody for months.

What kind of bs system is this? My gamertag is Kain. It is on the screen… People see it. They aren’t banning me for my gamertag so how does it make sense to not allow me to use the same word as my service tag?
That is strange, not allowing Kain. Perhaps it is trademarked???
