Why is my service record gone?

I’ve logged onto the multi player for the last 2 days and my entire service record is either gone or won’t load. Reqs, customization and RP is gone.

since the MoR update there has been a lot of problems ive had in the game

any suggestions on how to fix the issue?

Hard reset on Xbox. This should fix the synch error.
