Why is my game only halfway loading?

Is this a normal thing, where it keeps saying there’s an issue with the dedicated server? It won’t even load the shop for me ironically. If I start a custom, even locally, it has only partially loaded armor and weapon skins, and the controls are set to default, among other things.

Does anyone know a fix?

If you have the steam version goto steam and check to and see if all the files are validated.

I don’t know if that was it per se, I have the gamepass on pc version, but I finally got it working after resetting my pc and tweaking some stuff
