My friend has been a level 1 ever since the weekly update… hes tried everything including using another xbox, using another account, re-setting his modem, signing out and back in, clearing his cache, re-installing the disc, made sure its set to xbox live… nothing is working…
This wouldnt be a problem except, my friend cant join games or play anything including custom games and spartan ops, he has not been able to play the game for the past 3 days
I and other people i know were reset to level 1’s before, but it has always fixed itself rather quickly
He called xbox support and they told him it was a server issue and only some people were affected… but after 3 days of him unable to play we are starting to believe something is wrong??
anyways, if this has happened to anyone, or anyone knows how to fix, please help us out… Peace
