Get hit direct with a grenade with full health and you die. Get one on your opponent, he can eat 3 and live. Hit them with a bade, shoot him, punch him, he punches you, you die and gets punched by a teammate and beats them down. Don’t believe me,? I got video.

Yes the game is broken, lag, disconnects, desync issues… and on top of that cheating is becoming pretty standard now… come back in a few years as this game was not ready to launch and will take a year at least to be acceptable.

All the stuff you’re saying, happens to me as well. I may throw a hundred grenades, the right way and they take too long to explode, the range is small and if I throw one Before I’m killed, it doesn’t explode.
I once stuck a plasma grenade on an enemy and it did not kill him.
Also, if You hit someone once, You lower their shields, but then they hit You and kill You, as if You didn’t have any shields.
Play the campaign then. It’s far from broken (well aside from the occasional FoB not being capturable but a reset fixed it for me)
