Why is master chief taller than the other spartans in the end of the campain of halo?

Because he is a Spartan-II. Which were bigger. Another example being Jorge, who was also a Spartan-II and became a Spartan-III. Note his size compared to the rest of Noble Team.
The armour also adds some bulk and height to him in addition to his just being a Spartan II. Which, as others have said, makes him pretty big.
Which is why I enjoy this.
I’ve wondered that myself, but I think it’s probably just an unintentional inconsistency and not so much a statement that Master Chief somehow grew several feet. Besides, he seems proportionate to everyone else in all the other cutscenes.
Edit: I think what the OP was say was that all the other cutscenes show MC as being taller than everyone else, even other Spartans. However, in the final scene he seems to be substantially taller. Where Sarah Palmer once came up to his shoulder, she now seems to come up to his elbow (slight exaggeration for effect).
yea, I know what u mean, when we first saw palmer in the game she wasn’t that much shorter but then at the end she’s like half his size.
Also, anyone else noticed that the infinity seemed pretty small? when it landed it should have blocked out the sun and set a shadwow for a good five minutes over MC, yet it wasn’t much bigger than PoA…

Chief is bigger because of his genetic enhancements. If you’re talking about why he seemed bigger in the end cutscene than the rest of the campaign, I think it’s because the last cutscene was CGI. They had their own player model, if you will. For the sake of fun, they probably made you smaller in campaign so you wouldn’t have a giant hitbox and so it would feel closer to multiplayer. Because campaign cinematics use in-game models, you would appear shorter there.

I think someone would have pointed that out before the final cutscene.
“Yo, uh… MC? I know you’re larger than life and all, but did you just grow 2 feet since I last saw you?”

Highly unlikely unless the Librarian had the ability to also alter Chief’s armor to fit his new form after the accelerated evolution.
In this pic, the top of Palmer’s head reaches Chief’s shoulder in both shots. Perspective and the armor design (particularly Chief’s chest piece) do a bit to make him look even taller.

he didnt “become” a spartan=III /facepalm
In his armor he is over 8 feet tall and over 1000 pounds
It’s a combination of him being taller due to the Spartan-II augmentations, and his armour. Palmer out of armour is around Lasky’s height. Chief would be about a foot taller.
