I’ve been a 40 in flood for a while now, the only games I’ve lost were ones I was put into and there was only one round left… I have won 7 in a row now and am still a 40… I don’t think 343 knows how hard flood can be over a long period of time, I think this ranking system is becoming more and more annoying.
