I am trying to use the file browser function via Halo Waypoint looking for a specific map variant called “Despair,” and it is so difficult to find it through the search function.
I can’t search by name nor Gamertag, and that is really annoying.
Maybe I am doing this wrong. Whatever. Help is needed, thank you.
On the web-based File Browser, you can view anything hosted on a specific gamertag’s File Share. It’ll take some URL editing, but it’s not too difficult.
> When you’re at the File Browser, the fastest way to view a specific user’s File Share is to:

> 1. Click “VIEW YOUR FILE SHARE” in the upper-right corner of the Browser.

> 2. Look at the Address Bar. Edit the URL: replace your gamertag with the gamertag whose File Share you want to view.

> 3. Go to the edited URL.

> NOTE: Some web browsers may be picky, and demand that you replace spaces in the gamertag with “%20”. So to view bs angel’s File Share, for example, you might have to type “bs%20angel”.
Note that this only shows what’s on that gamertag’s File Share. If they created something that isn’t on their own File Share, then you won’t see it using this method. (So for example, if Jack creates something but it’s only available on Jane’s File Share, you won’t see it.)
