I have completed Halo CE in MCC numerous times. I’ve gotten the achievement for beating the game on LASO as well as every other achievement tied to the level Keyes except for the par and score ones. I’ve replayed the level numerous times, days apart, on different difficulties, with and without skulls on, solo and co-op and it is still not registering as complete. Because of this I cannot unlock the following achievements:
Birth of a Spartan
Believe in a Hero
Living Legend
Keyes
Before and After
Greenhorn
I have tried contacting microsoft support and they were useless. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game and nothing works. I don’t understand how I unlocked “Like a Fine Wine” after beating the game and not the others.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Yeah as if the achievments werent buggy enough now i cant even look at them let alone customise anything in the game because it keeps resetting. My gamertag is cursedchasma. Iv written more than once and nothing has happened and it seems to get worse. Please support the game you put out.

There has to be something that someone can do. I understand that as a company they need to move on to future projects, but with something as big as the MCC you would hope they would still have a small team dedicated to helping players. I never expected the game to be perfect - no one could do that with a feat this big - they should not have stopped helping the community (at least that’s what it appears like).
II would suggest trying to reach out to 343 over twitter and hopefully you might get a response that way. I would encourage you to not be obnoxious over twitter when trying to reach them. I do realize this has been a long on going issue for you. Best of luck.

There’s not way of getting a hold of 343i. They don’t care about MCC and there won’t be any updates in the foreseeable future. Either return the game or destroy it before a certain group on the forums sees this and don’t like the way you talk.
Best thing we can do is not buy any more games from them hopefully they get the message then fix the achievements or lose out on making money
Who knows if it will ever get fixed, unfortunately. This game looks to have been pushed under to focus on the new projects. With any hope, maybe after E3 we will hear something about this game. Sadly, you might not ever be able to unlock those achievements anymore.

Sadly, that is the case. With Halo 5 and Halo Wars 2 out, and Halo 6 under development, 343i can’t pool enough resources to stabilize the MCC. It’s rather disheartening, seeing as how it contains the original multiplayer and is the bread and butter to almost every fan out there.
At least when Bungie was around, they could divert their attention at both supporting Halo 3, developing/launching/supporting Reach and ODST, all the while still keeping the Halo 2 servers open for a time. 343i has over twice as many employees as Bungie, and even they can’t keep up with their work.

The Plausible

Remove AR / SMG start - Add Rumble Pit - Combine: Swat / Action Sack / Grifball - Add H1.5 maps - Fix melee hit registration around the board - Separate H2 and H3 Hardcore (They aren’t the same community)

Allow joinable custom matches - Emblems be viewable on stat screen and Spartan

1.) I agree with this a lot. No reason anyone should be spawn without a utility weapon in 2017. What they could do is refer back to their H4 Legendary settings where you spawned with both the BR and AR. H1 is also the same way.
2.) This. I really wish MCC had a ranked solo free for all playlist.
3.) This doesn’t bother me as much, but yes truthfully I wouldn’t care if these were all one playlist.
4.) I don’t think this will ever happen because those maps weren’t made by the developers and you know how much Microsoft hates to acknowledge community driven efforts.
5.) If they knew how to fix the beatdown system for these ports, I think they would’ve done that by now.
6.) You don’t need to separate those playlists if you just have a search preference option like we saw in Reach.
And of course I agree we would those last two things but I just don’t have the faith in 343i to add anything positive to the MCC at this point.
It’s appropriate in saying that updating the MCC is akin to the mythic status that is Half Life 3. Both are unobtainable and totally impossible.
I’d say the only real chance to get ahold of 343i is to continue voicing your concerns over the forums. But even then, it doesn’t matter. Perhaps if they checked these forums as often as a cat uses its litter box, things would get done the right way.
