Apparentely the MCC has finally been fixed, but far from it for me. I can still sit back and enjoy 20-30min waits for game… Well it’s not that enjoyable. Any other game I can join in less than a minute. Can someone please help with these matchmaking issues?? I just want to play a game of halo.

I have a few questions for you. First of all, what is the general region in which you reside? Australia seems to have more matchmaking issues than any other region. Second, how long do you usually have to wait before “Players Found” appears in the bottom left? What playlist do you typically search in? Do you search solo or in a party? If you search in a party, make sure that every member can see the searching screen when you begin searching. If not, one or more players will have to leave and rejoin the party, and may have to restart the MCC.
Something you may want to try if it’s taking a while to find a match is going into Custom Games, starting up a game, ending it, and then returning to matchmaking.

I am usually waiting about 20 mins for players found and if I’m lucky I can get players found in 10 mins
I also search solo in Halo2:A, Big team Battle and Halo 4 my favourite playlists.
However if I party up with American’s and one of them are leaders we find games within less than 2mins and they are perfect games too.
So, could you tell me why it takes so long for me to matchmake please whether I am solo or leading a party??

I’m not sure, but I think it has something to do with how the game selects hosts/servers. For some reason, it makes it difficult for Australians to get good servers, hosts, or even find matches quickly. I haven’t seen many ways around this, but I do have one question for you. Out of curiosity, is your NAT Open? If not, you may want to try port forwarding to open it.
yes, my Nat is open, so I wouldn’t know what’s going on.
