Why is hazop a legendary bundle

I was under the impression that something of the legendary tier was supposed to be included in these “legendary” bundles, so why does hazop get this designation? Not a single piece of the set is legendary and this only further causes confusion for me about the system they have for ranking these cosmetics, makes it feel like at some pint this game had lootboxes or something and they changed it last minute and left the rarity’s in the game for some odd reason

Also hazop was in the battlepass before it was gutted. More people need to know that.

It’s marketing. Makes weak-minded fools more likely to buy it.

Legendary means it was $20, an Event unlock, or an end of Battle Pass unlock. Ultra Rare was $15, or a high level Battle Pass unlock. Rare is $10 or $7, or low tier Battle Pass unlock.

It’s basically just an excuse to jack up the price to unreasonable levels.

Because it looks good and 343 knows that people will pay for it.
