Why is halo 5 big?

Now its 97gb though I’m not sure why because red dead redemption 2 is 23 gb bigger. Is there a reason for halo 5 being so big.

Lots of high-res assets like maps and character models. All that adds up pretty quick especially considering the sheer number of objects you as a player can spawn in Forge.

Same thing I say about GOW4, it’s a 100GB and takes 5 hours for it to Download

Yeah I can’t believe how much space games take up now. I surely regret only getting a 500gig Xbox. I had to uninstall HW2 and H5 to make room for some new games I wanted to check out since they went on sale this month. I got both South Park games and far cry 5. Last night I downloaded RDR 2 and it was 97 gig! Games will get bigger as graphics get better. Wonder if when games go to 8k how much space will be needed.
