It’s just confusing why everyone’s being a wumpus-woo about a rating, it’s not like a rating ever mattered. I always ignored the rating anyways, gameplay people… gameplay.
It’s probably because people always try to complain on anything related to Halo or 343i even if it’s good news, bad news or no news. It’s the common status quo that people do for no reason just like people hate on Microsoft and still write their name as -Yoink!- or Microsoft with a $.
Because it’s the Halo Nation
I think it’s immature to think that gore makes a game better which is ironic considering gore is what would get Halo 5 a “mature” rating.
Don’t get me wrong, some games are stylized for gore and it totally works for those games (GoW). But that’s never been the case with Halo.

Truth!
Because apparently now the teens can play with us and that’ll make the game worse. Because gaming is only for 25 year olds and older. Something like that.
Halo 5 is going to be awful if its rated T. I am a -Yoinking!- adult, not a -Yoink- teenager. If its not rated M I wont buy it!
/sarcasm
It could be rated E for all i care lol
Rating’s don’t matter to me.
If it’s T, it’s not for me. If it’s M, well I’ll play dem.
/rhymes
I always thought Halo was more appropriately a T game. Maybe H4 would be the exception, that scene with Tillson getting incinerated was pretty intense.
Right? Apparently people will look for anything to get riled up about. Ha.
Halo being rated T isnt a big deal. Never was M rated material to begin with.

Oh god… Tillson ;-;
Short answer: It’s not.
Long answer: It is not.

Yes! Totally agree
In Australia halo was never rated that high. The highest it got here was MA15+. Over here, majority of halo games (including 5) have been rated M, which (in Australia) usually means 13+

Interesting
I think it’s because Halo 1-4 was rated M. Include the fact that 343 said that Halo 5 was going to be the “darkest Halo yet”, and it creates the perfect storm. Then you’ll get the people who say it lets squeakers play, when they themselves are still in their teens, or don’t talk in-game.
It’s not.
