Simply put, this game is a joke. I am so much better than everyone I play that I don’t even think Halo 4 is worth my time. I’m sure I’m the best player who visits this website, yet I don’t put much time into Halo.
So my question is, why aren’t you good at Halo 4? It’s so easy to abuse the broken settings 343 has released, and even under competitive settings the game is easy. If anyone wants to challenge me to a 1v1, I’m in a lobby right now on a friend’s account. Just post your gt and I’ll send you an invite. Don’t bother posting if you can’t make the game fun or challenging.

I don’t claim to be the best, but I don’t resort to using broken mechanics in order to beat my opponents.
A sign of a good player is that they can use something that puts them at a disadvantage, but they can out perform players like you that abuse said mechanics.

Damn a 6 K/D spread that’s rare these days. Do you play gamebattles. Maybe that could give you some difficulty. The reason why I suck is because, I always switching between platforms. PC to xbox to ps3 to Wii U. So my K/D tends to drop sometimes. But yes you are a GOD my good sir.

I got #1 on the GB 4v4 ladder and then stopped playing because it was too host dependent.

The point of the game is to win by as much as possible. If you’re not abusing everything in the game to do so then you obviously don’t know how to play, so you should take your own advice.
To answer the main topic, Developers this day and age are making games more accessible, or easier for players to pick up and play. A benefit to this is that newer players are interested in the game, a downside is that players already invested in the franchise know that some aspects of the game were streamlined for newer players, thus loosing what made the game challenging.
