Why is Gungnir not included in Mark V armor core?

For those who don’t know, a variant of helmet called “stormfall” is in the files for Mark VII (aka, your default look). The thing is, its merely the gungnir helmet without the faceplate, and the faceplate is an attachment thats stuck being an ugly grey with the orange light.

My question is…why isn’t this popular helmet for Mark V armor cores (Aka, Reach armor core)?.

And wheres my gas tube attachments for it? :frowning:

Hell, i’m waiting for that Helmet too since it’s my all time favorite helmet. Wonder when or if (but i REALLY hope it does) it will be implemented, as well as the other missing armor from Reach. I really wanna recreate my spartan from Halo Reach
But besides that, parts of the Mark V (B) Armor sets that are still missing, can be seen in promotional material or the image for Season 1, like every part the Gungnir Set (shoulders, knee pads) except for the helmet itself

But i gotta say, 343 really got my hopes up after their last Community livestream where they announced all the changes (as well as future/planned ones), like for the Tenrai Event Pass and even at least acknowledging the monetization problems the community was very vocal about.
( pls jus giv us our fav helmet or at least tell us when it’ll drop and we’re happy 343  )

I love Gungnir, there are also a couple more I really like that I hope to see, like CQB and Operator.

No reason other than to bar the player from freedom of customization. They’re not even profiting from these kinds of decisions. If anything, less people will buy the $12 armor set, because it’s not available for the armor core it originated from. 343 made the dumbest decision making cosmetics locked to armor cores for no good reason.

They’ll roll it out in a future store reset for the MK. V (B)

Seriously, these threads are getting old, how long is it gonna take for you guys to realize that cores were not added so the devs could make people look unique, it was to limit customization for free players to make them want to buy stuff to get actual customization.
And on top of that, even for the paid players, cores are there so they can sell things multiple times

The “reach armor core” isnt really reach’s armor its less bulky and more vibrant.

still…
