Why is Fortnite doing so much better than Halo?

Infinite is boring and poorly optimized. Not much else to it.

Infinite has way too many issues, and what content was added is boring. How it was poorly designed made matters worse.

I ran the campaign 1 time and I will never play it again. WTH did they make the most asinine decision to go off of Zelda?

Lol, nice bait.

Most trolls don’t pounce on their victims quite so obviously, try a little more subtlety to up your troll level. You’ll get free cosmetic unlocks that you can purchase.

it was a happyy accident but it doessnt chhange that kids are addicted to these third persson pvp building survival games wrapped in a br with constant new content.

Well Fortnite did just release a non build mode. So it’s gotten a rejuvenation.

You’re blaming the old Halo fans.

It wasn’t coincidental when they purposefully did things to make it popular…

Building’s great.
I’ve been fond of building since I first got Legos.
I wish Forge had been available at Infinite’s release without issues.

It also needed to not have so many issues with desync and other things.

To be fair, I think Epic has an ulterior motive.

I’d say it was more the amount of backlash over loot boxes, with them being considered gambling, that got companies to stop including those like they had been doing.

According to BMI calculators, that’s severely obese.
2200lb might make more sense with muscle, but even that might be too much.

BMI calculators say that’s normal weight, but almost underweight.

Even Breath of the Wild with its lack of content had a better map and more to do than Infinite.

I’ve been eating healthy since I cut McDonalds out of my diet. Used to be 320 LBs so I am glad to have cut a lot of it down. Being round and top-heavy at this height is a nightmare!

Chinese food gets the grease cravings down.

Well when you stitch together my words like Buffalo Bill did his victims’ skin, it’s going to make me sound crazy.

Fortnite BR wasn’t meant as a major challenger in the budding BR trend, it was meant as a trial style promotion for the main Fortnite survival/tower defense game mode that was years in development and slated to release to low interest.

It was by pure coincidence that Fortnite got as popular as it did, if the game released a year prior or possibly a year later it wouldn’t have hit its mark. The goal was to sell players on the Fortnite base game through a trial, not set records for the most popular game of all time, kickstart their crossplatform play revolution, and thrust Epic into Activision tier acclaim.

That wasn’t my point.
They did what they could to make it popular, even selling 40% of their souls to Tencent.

Because halo is old and times change.

soon of later is fortnite also not doing much better any more then a other new game.
thats more how its works more.

what also play’s a big role is how much off the problems there get at launch more.
look at COD with vanguard how hard it has backfire to then what is more the worst cod titel there is.
its more the same with halo.
the multiplayer from halo got also a good back fire with a lot off problems and mistake’s there have done.

for halo multiplayer is more that you enter the lobby room any more and can vote for the game type and map you wane play any more.
same that you not can keep playing with the same lobby off players and each time need to wait before you enter in a match.

then we have the wrong choose about the crossplay system also to make it force and not a option since there know from the start that there is a big group off players that hate Force crossplay and not wane play with the PC platform at all.

then we have the wrong Formule chance from Pay 2 Play to Free 2 Play what was also a big mistake at all.

Very hard to encourage anyone to play when Streamers stream the game on their nex gen rig and the game freezes up and crashes, then when you loadup into a game all your shots don’t land due to desync and people walk through you and kill you with a melee.

Not to mention people seeing the same modes and maps for 6 months.

Yea, totally our fault that the game is dying. We aren’t hyping it enough, totally our fault here.

I’m blaming old and new players alike. I’m not discriminating.

Well, call me crazy, but I don’t like Fortnite, it seems like a childish, repetitive and very basic art game.
I almost prefer Halo Infinite even as it is.

Then why say you’re not blaming veteran Halo players?

You’re right I should have been more precise with my word choice there.

For starters, Fortnite is well more balanced between the two inputs. Neither side of hardware have dropped off, if anything it keeps growing. They’re constantly adding content to the game, and big content at that. Hell, MC is in there. Big name streamers have their content in the game. They’re always adjusting/balancing the game and guess what? Not a single nerf or buff has been down with KBM, they’re always adjusting the behavior of controller. The biggest thing is they listen to feedback and have a better support system than 343i.

One more thing, Battle Royale. It is the future and not a phase, which I believe it is safe to say it was never a phase when it was first introduced. Halo has potential to be a good/decent/top contender BR game only if done right.

Fortnite does better than several games, recently new and popular old ones. Your point is pointless lmao.
