Title explains it, like there’s some cool stuff in the shop(like that eagle weapon ornament) but seriously who decided these prices and more importantly why?

The only reason they are priced the way they are is because people buy them. Not you or I, clearly, but enough for the upset forum posts to not matter.
In every match there’s at least one player rocking a $20+ skin set. 343i has made their money on these marks and there’s no lowering the price because far too many people accept it and buy into it, because it’s a “free” game.

Because they sold their soles
