It’s always bugged me that it’s never been there. Is it because other players don’t have the maps?
Is there any particular reason that I do not know of? I mean…why?

It’s DLC, and other people don’t have the DLC so other than the DLC playlist section, DLC maps wont appear in them.
It is in Invasion, it’s just that even though they claim to set up matches between people with DLC, it rarely happens, and even if it does, the map must have a REALLY Low weighting. Trust me, it’s there, but it’s rare…
The best chances to get it are if you go in with a full team that has DLC…
Every time I play Halo: Reach, I start with a few games of Invasion. Never once have I played Breakpoint in that playlist. And I’m pretty bummed the consolidation of the DLC playlists is making Invasion: Breakpoint even less frequent, considering it is a simply amazing map and gametype.
