See, I get you’re pissed off and I have no right to tell you not to be. 343 -Yoinked- up royally and it’s hard not to see that.
However, when we’re at the point where we’re grasping a straws like this, wouldn’t that imply it’s time to take a break from halo for a while?
This puts unnecessary stress on the devs.
Nobody is grasping at straws, it’s been documented by a couple content creators that there was desync during the HCS tournament which were LAN. Shots around wall, rockets going through players, etc

I’m not talking about desync at the tourneys. I’m talking about hammering 343 over the geofiltering ban.
They gave you an entire post on their findings and we’re just gonna accuse them of gaslighting for actually giving context as to what’s happening?
They’re the developer. Wouldn’t they know a little bit more about the causes of desync than us?
They almost entirely seem to be scapegoating geofiltering people for trying to make their game more playable.
I saw several posts on twitter of people complaining about the connection still, and I swear to god there was people on there calling them cheaters and telling them to stop geofiltering
Maybe it’s not what they intended, but they need to own up to the other more pressing issues affecting infinite’s servers, and not blame the players in multiple posts

All we have is 343’s word against royal’s. Both have things to lose if one side is found to be guilty of either accusation. Royal could lose sponsorships if he’s proven to be manipulating the network for his own advantage and 343 stands to lose a lot of fans if they’re found out to be passing the buck.
I don’t really care about the situation, though. It’s just 343 execs vs royal.
Still not a good reason to go after 343. Or royal2 to be frank. Let’s not throw anyone under the bus just yet.
I don’t care about royal. I did vaguely hear about that. I don’t really pay much attention to the pro scene. Im mostly frustrated with 343’s core code being screwed to the point where they can’t even figure out how to fix it for months
I don’t geofilter but I just find it hilarious that it’s their main focus it seems. Again. We saw people shot behind walls during a LAN tournament. The game isn’t working right in its base form without servers involved
