See, there it is. One thing I noticed with the internet is if someone has to explicitly say that something is funny or they are laughing, it most of the time means the opposite.

Well according to that rule of 10 years of service, the game technically will be an incomplete game until that service is up, and when it ends, they can pull the servers whenever they want. I doubt the game will be much different in 10 years though. Probably 5000 cosmetic items in the shop and battle passes, with Forge dominating the player count, because the normal modes suck. I can barely find anyone in Halo 5 or MCC matchmaking, because everyone just plays customs
I am no judge, I am not in power, I can only suggest. If I came off as a troll or not, instead of attacking the people trying to help, think about why that troll came to your post and said the things he said, and think about the ways you can fix it.
i really hoped this game would turn out fine in at least a year but at this point i doubt it

Two months just to fix broken btb, and no signs of getting the server ping and netcode fixed. All we got is a discount in the shop for some scuffed dim crooked and off center cosmetics.

Yes, it is. I managed to get into one match and my team had five people and the other team had one person, and in a total control match. It took me like 15 minutes to find a match, and thatâs what I got. I think 343 needs another half a billion dollars and another 700 employees just to fix this one mode

Apply. Submit your creds and your portfolio, showing them how good you are coding and game development, get in there in show them just how easy these things are to fix.
Iâm not even being sarcastic. If you are capable of easily fixing or preventing these things you are staring down some very lucrative employment opportunities. Go show them whatâs up, and make them pay for your services.

I did a 4 year game development study and even though i wasnt that good at it (i also hated it), things like ui or a texture fix is really easy
Im pretty sure a multi million dollar company with over 700 employees wouldnt be able to fix any of that

Donât need to. Installation 01 and Project Contingency are beautiful fan games made with no budget and a small group. Even Halo VR was impressive. 343 blew their budget and their 750 employees are either apparently not good for anything, or the leadership is an atrocity. It would be probably easier to scrap Infinite and make it from scratch again. Slipspace clearly was a failure of an engine project. Even 343 admits how difficult it is to work with.
Even Splitgate is better, and a small team made it in 6 months with no budget

Basically yes, exactly. 343 has no experience making an open world game nor a free to play game, and shouldnât be winging it. The graphics are suffering, the gameplay is suffering, constant crashing, they canât fix their own game, itâs difficult to work on the engine, it would literally be better to scrap the game, fire most of the staff, hire new staff that are relevant in MMOs free-to-play type games, and start over. Itâs not a joke, they really screwed this up somehow. They need to own up to it and remake it in Unreal Engine or something else, like they were originally planning to. Trying to save money by modifying the Halo 5 engine was not a good idea, clearly.

I strongly believed open world wise they wouldâve at least taken a page from MGSV, the pieces are all there for it to be possible, would also marry the open world marines into the narrative system more strongly, even has the one take camera shots that Infinite uses, and with great use of action too via those one shot takes (man on fire, sahelenthropus, the SKULLS etc.)
I do see what youâre suggesting though
