Many games i play in multiplayer always end up with me freezing and crashing. it seems to affect PC players the most and most frustratignly of all, i have yet to see 343 make an announcement addressing the issue. they dont even give us peace of mind that theyre working the issue. ive sent a ticket but got no response. the game is broken but hey man as long as they have a working store amirite??? So many games I’m this close to victory, and then the game freezes and crashes. Welp, looks like another loss under my belt, more csr lost, got deranked and another ban hammer 
I might as well just not play halo till they fix this bogus issue. You’d think Microsoft/343 would be on top of things with their flag ship franchise. Xbox app is so trash, halo infinite was definitely NOT ready for release

i am more angry with the lack of communication, but also i am mad that this multimillion dollar company can use all their resources to make a perfectly working store and add useless money grab cosmetics instead of fixing this major issue.

They cannot snap their fingers and magically understand the reason why your particular set up is having issues that others are not. It takes time unfortunately to get a solid answer, and rushing it would more then likely just make the situation worse.
Not to mention that 343i is on vacation now. Seeing as Christmas is in 3 days…
these issues has been longed voiced before the holidays were approaching, they had issues in the HCS LAN tournament, if that wasnt a bigger notice that they needed to fix the major issue i dont know what else would be. im not asking for the solution right away, i more would just appreciate communication that they are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. no communication at all seems like they dont know and dont care.

The HCS tournament issues were isolated to be problems with the AMD drivers. Using AMD graphics per chance? If so, try to source an update from the manufacturer 
My game freezes and crashes a lot and there isn’t anything amd in my system, it must be something else
Ok so, same thing happening with me and a lot of friends for about a month in Reach now. Before it was happening in Halo 3 only and we found the problem, in 3 not for Reach yet. In 3 it was skin packs you have to disable them and it will stop the crashing completely. Not sure about what’s happening now, we mostly play Reach and it’s happening to a lot of people.
I don’t know if this will fix it for other people, but limiting my max frames fixed all my crashing and freezing issues.
Pure Speculation: The overall problem might be how Infinite just likes to use up as much CPU as it can get, and with uncapped frames it might end up pulling more resources than possible on your system.
Fix the problems? Make the game stable? Improve the netcode? Make more content?

not using amd, it isnt isolated to just the amd gpus. many people are having this issue and it has nothing to do with the gpu.
Because “holiday vacation”. Here’s an idea, don’t rush an unfinished game out just to dunk on cod and battlefield then blame a holiday for why it doesn’t have basic features. 🤷🏼
They did delay the game for an entire year and conduct many flights. They had time to sort out issues.
I swear this is the exact same thing they released in the last flight. All they did was add microtransactions and adjust weapon damages.
Have you updated your drivers? The recent Nvidia update fixed crashing issues for me.
everything is updated and still issues. i went through everything in the checklist
