343 has made such a big deal about infinity slayer and in my opinion it is the most boring gamemode they have added.
Basically they have infinity slayer with armor abilities and personal ordinance and then they have slayer pro with no armor abilities and ordinance drops on map.
Why not have a playlist or at least a gamemode where you have armor abilities but no personal ordinance drops. Just map drops. Its not a huge deal but its the way I think at least I would personally enjoy best.
Rather inclined to think you’re nitpicky, Sir Camps A Lot. If you don’t like Infinity Slayer (Since you’ve played the game and gathered an educated opinion based on your experience) you can player Slayer Pro, and if you don’t like that either, blend them in Custom Games and get all the people who feel the same as you in your custom games lobby.
Hi SurCampsALOT. I wouldn’t say Infinity Slayer is boring. I’m actually looking forward to it, and it looks like really fun. But I partly agree with you regarding the fact that there should be some standard slayer gametype (with the random weapon spawn rotations) without the personal ordnance drops. I that’s been confirmed before. IDK.
Hopefully, everyone is going to be able to enjoy the game. Josh has already said its going to be impossible to please everyone, but they are REALLY trying to find a happy medium.
So, dont be completely disappointed if everything is available at launch, shoot! Look what they did for reach, they atleast tried to correct some of the problems.
Lets all try to remain positive and see whats in store.
Not liking infinity slayer, most prominently due to the fact that a player doesn’t even have to go positive to recieve a reward via an ordinance drop. Not to mention that an ordinance drop can also have a chance of including overpowered weapons that should be fought over on the map like the Binary Rifle, Sniper Rifle, and Rocket Launcher.
It’s an everyone’s a winner mentality similar to Reach’s poor progressive system.

wow your dumb. of coure we know its your opinion and you shouldve expected we were going to be rude. you shouldve realized that instead of making a pointless thread. seriously there was no gain from this thread especially from the fact that the game is coming out in a week and you decide to put an opinion when you know yourself its not going to change anything but putting effort in wasting time.

Calm down fellaz. Hes just posting his opinions and interests before the game comes out. No need to flame him to disagree with him.
I do disagree with the OP in that Infinity Slayer looks very appealing and fun to me personally. However, as ‘FerritofAir’ said, you can have your own variation of Slayer in custom games with friends and acquaintances.
Bear in mind 343i are trying to “evolve” the game, as is suggested in Halo CE’s title. They are going to to make changes, some or many of which will upset various people, and they are going to make a Halo that caters to as many people as they can at once.
