(Requiem, like hell) All bad puns aside what really erks me about Halo 4 is the fact that teamates can blow up friendly occupied vehicles with no punishment. Today I got into a Warthog and a guy decided to stick it twice and blow it up. Then the Mantis spawned we both hauled butt to get there but he got there first so to return the favor I stunned it and blew it up. Then a third guy got into the newly spawned Banshee and we both stuck it and it blew up and the parts fell onto a teamate and he got a suicide. Now neither of us got booted because you’re allowed to do this. 343 needs to change this in a way where if you blow up a teamate he dies and you get betrayal booted.

Sometimes I would much rather die, instead of letting my teammate purposely leave me without a vehicle.
Yeah like in the Shootout in Valhalla Spartan Ops mission, where some random guy gets in a Mantis and decides to start destroying the other Mantises so we can’t get in them. Then it takes like five minutes to stop him because plain ammo doesn’t take down a Mantis that quick and we can’t use a Mantis because it takes 20 seconds to get in one and start moving.
Agreed. This made me turn my 360 off last night. Bunch of DBs out there, needs to be bootable.

It’s Magic.
Hop on the ghost and run them over until you get booted or just leave the game. That’s what I do.
Some moron on my team decided to throw a sticking grenade at our Ghost when the game started. That Ghost flew right into my face.

In this new age of Halo, vehicles are merely for show and their purpose is to assist the other team’s foot soldiers in acquiring multikills. Why else do you think spartans now start with a plasma pistol, 2 plasma grenades and their primary weapons can shred through vehicles with little effort?
Your teammates are clearly just trying to help you survive on the battlefield by forcibly ejecting you from that deathtrap you call a Mantis/Warthog.

I did something similar…
A friend got into a Warthog with two others, so I EMPed it then blew it up with frags while laughing like a maniac. They got revenge though, by sticking a Mantis I camped by.
Happened again tonight. Two level 99s spent a whole ops mission splattering me and the 4th player with the ghosts. Wtf is wrong with people? Hopefully 343 figures out a way to ban them or let us boot them, all they’re doing is maliciously xp grinding. At this rate half of the population is going to be on my avoid list.
Simple solution? Turn friendly fire back on and work on the betrayal booting system.

All I can say is 343 better add shinier content to earn XP for in all this nonsense. Because some might find it fun apparently in betraying, annoying, and splattering other players, I don’t. So 343 the Thruster Pack needs a buff and I really hope you left a loop hole in adding Armor and loadout content. Because really why play this game… with other randoms for nothing but lag filled grief ?
