Why I Want Warzone Loadouts

Hear me out before the obligatory “never mention loadouts again” posts.

I’m not sure if its just me but with the huge amount of loadout weapons to unlock and thus scroll through… and the laggy REQ menus (does anyone else get lag in there?) it can be a tedious thing to cycle through reqs and setup new loadouts on the fly.

All I’m proposing is that I have a few loadouts I can customize out of battle to quickly select (REQ level taken into account) in battle

FOR EXAMPLE:

The enemy team is crushing us with vehicles. They’ve got a couple of banshees out, tanks etc. Instead of having to go into my REQ loadouts and select everything I need I could go into the menu, hit loadouts and select my vehicle takedown loadout which would have my Kinetic BR or DMR, Kinetic AR and my splinter grenade Armor Mod. This would allow me to quick select and get back out into the battle.

Then once the vehicles are gone I decide I want to go take an armory… so I select my silenced weaponry loadout with my silenced BR and silenced AR, which also has my enhanced shields armor mod.

I know its not exactly a big deal as I can just select these anyway…

Thoughts?

Agreed now that they’ve reduced the amount of “Load-out weapons” from Halo 4 it isn’t much of an issue now but having to go through an entire catalog of weapons during match does seem to get in the way of being player.

I find it laggy too.
I think perhaps it should hide the base weapons as the upgraded ones become available, also regular battle rifle if you have long shot/sentinel etc. The recon DMR is a completely pointless thing and should just be removed from the game altogether.

I like it

Yes it lags for me too, and it is rally annoying since I use only 2 to 3 differents loadouts …

I agree and also remove the projection SMG. It is so useless

I agree. This wouldn’t change the gameplay, it would just make it easier to find stuff.

That being said, I think there are many other things that should take priority over something like this.

That would be nice. Have maybe three pre set load outs available so when you enter a req screen you can just click on it and have the weapons instead of having to search through all the weapons.

Agreed we need a way to have these preset so that as we progress we need not go into that laggy weapon menu

yes because the req system is laggy in game and it would be nice to have some preset ones to speed things up and avoid accidentally spawning in with 2 smgs cause your cursor didn’t move to slot 2
